Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring alignment with their respective time zones.
  • Assist in managing international A2P, P2A, and P2P SMS traffic to ensure operational efficiency and smooth service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, key buyers, and partners, fostering long-term partnerships and optimizing product offerings.

  • Engage in discussions with carriers and stakeholders to support deal execution, business case development, account management, and the closing of agreements that drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in managing partner databases, onboarding new partners, and supporting initiatives with Over-The-Top (OTT) enterprises and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
  • Collaborate with senior team members on pre-and post-sales activities, refining business strategies, and executing effective plans to drive growth.
  • Collect and organize regulatory and legal information across different countries, contributing to an internal knowledge base and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Actively participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of departmental activities, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide proactive support to enhance customer satisfaction through anticipatory service measures and relationship-building initiatives.

Job Specifications:

  • Techno-commercial position with a focus on commercial responsibilities, complemented by technical expertise.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally within the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of GSM architecture.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; a background in Telecom Engineering is a plus.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for business purposes is a Must
