Key Accounts Executive

Job Description:

This position is responsible for developing a long-term business partnership with clients of the company. Key Accounts Executive is expected to manage all business activities and proactively offer support for anticipated needs.

•    Meeting company goals by building post-sales relationships with clients and converting leads into a profitable business
•    Making business post-sales proposals and coordinating win-win deals with counterparts by agreeing on revenue and destination pricing
•    Support clients in achieving their targets with guidance from senior management while ensuring smooth coordination with support departments.
•    monitoring of account balance
•    Daily monitoring of Key Accounts performance and preparing reports to balance inbound and outbound traffic
•    Issue customer rates and update key accounts offered rates on the system
•    Coordination with network operations centre for resolving technical issues, provisioning, and routing of traffic
•    Coordinate with finance and billing teams for credit limits and monitoring of account balance
•    Signing the agreement for onboarding of Key Accounts


Master/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Must have a good command of MS Office
Must have business acumen
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to back company management in C-Level negotiations

Language Proficiency: Arabic, English and French
